1. Scope of application

These terms of use govern the use of the platform "KAMPA" (hereinafter "platform") by registered users.

2. Description of service

KAMPA is a Software-as-a-Service solution for the planning, organization, and management of campaigns. The scope of functions and interface may be further developed.

3. Registration & Access

Certain functions require registration. Users are obliged to treat their access data confidentially and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Obligations of the users

• Compliance with applicable laws and rights of third parties
• No abusive use (e.g. manipulation, unauthorized access, disruption of operation)
• Truthful information within the scope of use

5. Availability

We strive for the most uninterrupted availability of the platform possible, but cannot guarantee this at all times. Maintenance work and security updates can lead to short-term restrictions.

6. Liability

For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of violation of essential contractual obligations; in this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, as well as injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to adapt these terms of use to adapt them to changed legal situations or new functions. We inform users about essential changes in an appropriate way.

8. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
