2. What data we process

We process personal data required for the operation of the platform. This includes in particular:

  • Account data (e.g. name, email, username)
  • Access data (passwords are not stored in plain text)
  • Usage and metadata within the platform (e.g. content, status/phases, timestamps)
  • Technical data for provision (e.g. session/log data, IP address in server logs)

3. Purposes of processing

  • Provision and operation of the platform
  • Authentication, user management and security
  • Communication with users (e.g. support)
  • Error analysis and abuse prevention

4. Legal basis

The processing is carried out in particular on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) as well as Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation).

5. Cookies & Sessions

KAMPA uses technically necessary cookies/sessions to enable login functions, security (e.g. CSRF protection) and basic usage. Tracking or marketing cookies are not used unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Recipients / Third-party providers

A transfer to third parties does not take place in principle, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or there is a legal obligation (e.g. hosting/IT service providers as processors). If processors are used, this is done on the basis of a data processing agreement (DPA).

7. Storage period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes of processing or as long as legal retention obligations exist.

8. Your rights

9. Data security

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect data against loss, manipulation or unauthorized access.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy to adapt it to changed legal situations or further developments of the platform.

Note: This privacy policy is a solid standard base. Depending on hosting, logs, email sending, analytics etc., it should be expanded if necessary.
